The Mandalorian & Grogu.

My hype for this film has gone through the roof close to it's release. I was always on the side that preferred a season 4 over a film, but that second trailer really caught my eye. I loved it! It was very Mando Season 1. That mixed with the fantastic marketing campaign that has been going around, from the fantastic promo art I’ve seen to the Burger King toys and stuff that reminds me a lot of the Revenge of the Sith era.

For the posters, I again went wth 3 different styles. For the first one, I really wanted to take my time with it. I took the weekend to really get it right and not rush it. I had an idea of what I wanted to do but some elements changed through the process like Grogu and his look.
What I love the most of this piece tho is how Mando turned out. I really took my time to Illustrate him as good as I can and I really wanted to go all out.

For the second one, I tried to do something less like an illustration and more vectorial or graphic. It was super fun. I don’t do this style that often but every time I do I love it.

For the third one, I went with a photo-based composition, something more commercial and not that alternative. I wanted to give it a shot at doing something more traditional and that Disney could use in cinemas, streets, social media, and other places.
